Well and Water Tank Seventh District

This project greatly expanded the efficacy of the Seventh District VFD in rural fire suppression through the installation of a water storage tank, well and dry fire hydrants.  The project serves the surrounding community of  more than 600 residents.  Southern Maryland RC&D provided grant preparation, technical services and dry hydrant fixtures.  The project was completed on October 15, 2004.
