Southern Maryland RC&D is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Any donation made to support our work is tax deductible. Please use our online donation tool to the right to support us with a donation via credit card. If you prefer to donate by mail, please complete our donation form and send it to our Waldorf office. Once we receive your donation, we will send you a letter of receipt for your tax records.
Unless otherwise specified on the donation form, the Board of Directors will decide how best to use your donation to support our work. If you are interested in donating materials to support a particular project, please contact us for more information.

Documents and information submitted to the state of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the office of the Secretary of State, 16 Francis St., Annapolis, MD 21401 for the cost of copying and postage.
