The Southern Maryland Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Board, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation serving the citizens of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s Counties. Working with a variety of partners, and with assistance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Southern Maryland RC&D helps our communities address conservation and quality of life concerns.
